I hope everyone is having a fantastic Wednesday, wherever you are! Today I am showing you 6 polishes from the China Glaze Holiday Joy Collection. Can you believe that we only have 6 more Saturdays until Christmas?! When you see it like that, it's really right around the corner. Yikes! Well anyway, lets check out the Holiday Joy collection!
With Love is a bright red creme. This is a warm toned red, that upon application you can see a hint of pink. A very nice and cheery for the holidays! Shown is two coats.
Cranberry Splash is a darker berry red with silver shimmer, giving it a metallic finish. This one is so pretty, and formula was fantastic. Shown is two coats but it was nearly opaque in one.
Glistening Snow is a super sparkly silver and holo mixed glitter. This one is insane! Very pretty and the holo effect is much more visible in real life than my pictures show, trust me! Shown is three coats.
Champagne Kisses is a gorgeous rose gold microglitter with bits of holo glitter in the mix. This is my absolute favorite of this collection. Just look at it, it's so unique and complex. This is glittery without being obnoxious about it, I think because of the base color it may be easier to pull off for you ladies who don't want to be wearing bright glitter. Its a grown up glitter if you will. This is three coats.
Winter Holly is a pine green glitter with holo bits throughout. Again, like Glistening Snow, the holo is much more visible in real life than my pictures show. Holo is so hard to capture! This is three coats of Winter Holly.
Pizzazz is a party mix of different colors and sizes and shapes of glitter. We have pink, purple, silver, gold, orange, blue, and teal glitter in a clear base. In my first swatch I showed you one coat on my pointer finger, two coats on the middle, then three coats on ring, and four coats on my pinky nail so you can see how it builds up. In my second swatch I showed you Pizzazz over With Love so you can see what it looks like layered.
Whew! Look at all the pretty glitters we have here! I mean really! I have never seen anything like Champagne Kisses before, so if you are going to pick up only one polish from the collection, that would be my suggestion! All of the rest we have here are really nice too, especially Glistening Snow- hello holo!
So, what do you think about the 6 we see here? Any must haves for you? Tell me which are going to make your cut!
These are available now, and retail for around $7 depending on where you purchase them.
