Part II: OPI Mariah Carey Collection Studio Shades Swatches & Review

Hey there!

Today I have Part II of the Mariah Carey Collection! This half is called the Studio Shades. Unlike the Liquid Sand half of the collection, this half has more traditional finishes like glitter, shimmer and creme. Ready to check these out?

Anti-Bleak is a deep and vibrant berry creme. I absolutely love this color. I think it is universally flattering, and the formula was perfection, shown is two coats.

Pink Yet Lavender is a mix of large light pink hex and small pink and silver glitter in a clear base. I layered one coat of this over Anti-Bleak and I am totally digging this combo!

A Butterfly Moment is a soft peachy nude with gold shimmer. This one almost leans into frost territory with the heavy shimmer, but there were no brush strokes and the formula was excellent. I can't wait to wear this one again. Shown is two coats.

Sprung is a reddish copper base that is packed with gold and pink shimmer, I think I may see some purple going on in there too. Very complex and unique! The formula on this one was a bit more sheer, however it built up nicely in three coats.

So people, what do you think about the Studio Shades of the Mariah Carey collection? Are you digging these as much as I am? What do you think about the Mariah Carey collection as a whole? Which of these are making your list? Let me know!

These are available now, and retail for $9 each.

  1. Anti-Bleak looks really pretty. I will probably get that along with the liquid sand colors.
